Job Description
Commercial and Field Systems Delivery Lead supporting Salesforce and business systems across Maola’s farmer-owned dairy operations. Leading solution delivery, configuration, testing, optimization, and user support.
Responsibilities:
- Support multiple facets of assigned IT solutions in Marketing, Milk Marketing, Producer Payroll, Sustainability, Customer Fulfillment, and Route Accounting
- Lead solution definition and implementation aligned with IT project initiatives
- Manage tasks through Define, Design, Develop, Implement, and Support project lifecycle phases
- Collaborate with business users, system analysts, IT partners, and technology partners to align activities with business goals and processes
- Design, configure, and deliver high-quality solutions meeting business requirements
- Lead programming and configuration of Salesforce Platforms
- Develop functional specification documents
- Coordinate enhancements involving interfaces, conversions, reports, user-exits, and forms
- Connect with business process owners to facilitate process improvement through enhanced or new functionality
- Design, document, and implement unit, integration, and regression test plans in development and QA environments
- Maintain system configuration and user access documentation
- Ensure IT standards, policies, and controls are followed
- Support issue resolution and knowledge transfer for end users
- Support vendor relationship management efforts
- Help implement and optimize solutions for Maola’s farmer-owned dairy cooperative and dairy-processing operations
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience supporting systems related to CRM, Digital Marketing, Integrated Supply Chain solutions, and Sustainability solutions
- Experience performing solution design, system configuration, development, testing, and defect debugging
- At least 4 years of experience utilizing a system development life cycle (SDLC), including Agile, Waterfall, and other methodologies
- Experience involving governance, security practices, and audit compliance preferred
- Salesforce Certified Administrator preferred
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder preferred
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II preferred
- Salesforce Certified Data Architect preferred
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through oral, written, visual, and non-verbal channels
- Ability to identify and address complex issues with minimal guidance
- Ability to work collaboratively toward common goals
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role, including sitting, standing, walking, computer work, and occasionally lifting or moving up to 10 pounds
