Job Description
Project Specialist supporting Parexel’s clinical research projects through project setup, reporting, analysis, and financial metrics. Fully home-based in Argentina.
Responsibilities:
- Provide project-level support to the Project Lead and team members during all project phases: planning, initiation, steady state, and closeout
- Set up project tools according to SOPs and work instructions, including the Project Management Plan, SOP list, TIME task codes list, Team list, and Project View
- Perform reporting and analysis and highlight issues for the project team
- Collate monthly project financial metrics
- Collaborate with diverse teams and support assigned projects
Requirements:
- Business-level fluency in written and spoken English
- Very strong MS Excel skills
- Preference for a business-related degree
- Experience or training in project management
- Experienced Project Management professionals
