Job Description

Commercial Finance Analyst supporting FP&A, forecasting, and financial integration for Yellow Social Interactive, a social gaming company. Building models, reporting KPIs, and analyzing performance across Malta and Gibraltar.

Responsibilities:

  • Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes
  • Build and maintain financial models covering revenue, customer acquisition, LTV/CAC, margin, and cash flow
  • Produce monthly management reporting packs with clear variance analysis
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to evaluate ROI on campaigns and promotions
  • Track KPIs across acquisition, retention, and monetisation metrics
  • Support board and shareholder reporting materials
  • Assist in financial due diligence and integration planning
  • Develop standalone and consolidated financial models for the new brand
  • Support migration into Yellow’s financial systems and reporting frameworks
  • Establish KPI tracking, performance dashboards, and cost allocation models
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure operational and financial alignment during launch
  • Monitor performance against business case assumptions post-integration
  • Conduct scenario modelling and stress testing via Looker Studio & Tableau
  • Support capital allocation decisions and investment analysis
  • Identify process improvements within finance and reporting functions

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or high-growth digital businesses
  • Strong financial modelling skills; advanced Excel required
  • Experience with BI tools preferred
  • Experience in digital, gaming, iGaming, social, subscription, or performance marketing businesses highly desirable
  • Understanding of SaaS-style metrics, including LTV, CAC, ARPU, and cohort analysis
  • Experience supporting M&A, integrations, or new market launches is a plus
  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or part-qualified, or equivalent, preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Commercially curious with strategic thinking capability
  • Clear communicator with ability to present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling business
  • Proactive and ownership-driven
