Job Description

Communications Consultant crafting impactful solutions for clients within the Consumer Experience practice at Alight. Collaborating with teams to drive desired employee behaviors through effective communication.

Responsibilities:

  • crafting strategic and visually impactful solutions.
  • address client challenges, shape perceptions, and drive desired employee behaviors within the Consumer Experience practice.
  • demonstrate passion and the ability to collaborate and partner with others to create forward-thinking solutions.
  • collaborating with teams to define aesthetics, guides key deliverables, and leads visual concept development and execution.
  • participating in brainstorming and creative sessions, while collaborating with colleagues and client teams to inspire and develop creative solutions.
  • managing multiple projects and prioritizing work to effectively manage budgets and meet project deadlines.
  • advocating continuous learning about the creative process, principles and techniques, and software programs.
  • managing contract resources and providing art direction and over-the-shoulder delivery knowledge and expertise.
  • articulating communication goals, audience needs, and creative rationale to internal team members and clients.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of design experience and art direction in agency and in-house studio experience.
  • exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating creativity aligned closely with strategy.
  • able to negotiate and make targeted decisions quickly to build credibility.
  • excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • able to understand role on project/team, while going beyond to add value.
  • demonstrate presentation, business development and selling skills.
  • high-level understanding of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, HTML, digital and emerging trends.
  • experience in XD (IN5) will be ideal.
  • design portfolio with extensive digital work and proven ability to produce cutting edge creative work spanning multiple platforms.
  • knowledge of production and post-production process for digital and print.
  • BFA or BA in related field.
