Job Description
Marketing manager leading localized defense-sector campaigns, PR, events, and sales enablement for ICEYE’s satellite intelligence business in France and EU. Driving brand leadership and Missions pipeline growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement marketing and communications plans and activities in France and the EU for the Satellite Missions line of business
- Plan, develop, and execute high-impact marketing campaigns aligned with sales priorities and commercial objectives
- Drive measurable ROI across PR, events, digital, social media, and thought leadership content
- Manage PR activities and local PR agency relationships
- Lead event management and execution for flagship trade shows, customer workshops, and engagement visits
- Develop localized sales enablement materials, briefings, and tools
- Build and execute trade and channel co-marketing initiatives with local partners and industry associations
- Support engagement with national ministries of defence, NATO, and EU institutions
- Monitor and report campaign performance with the central marketing function
- Coordinate with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Events, Visual Design, Sales, global marketing, regional sales leadership, corporate communications, and local subsidiaries
Requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant marketing experience in a B2G environment
- Experience with campaigns in the defense, government, or public sector
- Track record of proactive, self-driven marketing execution with measurable impact
- Experience in trade and channel co-marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences
- Strong conceptual skills and attention to detail
- Native or near-native fluency in French
- Fluency in business English
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence across teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile growth environment
- Flexible, positive attitude with entrepreneurial hands-on drive
