Job Description
Provider Publication/Communication Lead at Gainwell managing communications supporting Medicaid programs. Planning and publishing provider-facing materials while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and publish provider-facing materials, including newsletters, bulletins, alerts, policy updates, and educational resources.
- Coordinate with business partners, subject matter experts, compliance teams, and client stakeholders to ensure publication accuracy and consistency.
- Translate complex healthcare policies, operational changes, and regulatory requirements into clear and actionable communications for providers.
- Manage publication schedules, communication calendars, and approval workflows to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Support provider outreach and education initiatives through written communications, presentations, webinars, and training materials.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in communications, publications, provider relations, healthcare operations, Medicaid programs, or a related healthcare environment.
- Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience developing and managing provider-facing publications, communication campaigns, or educational content.
- Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, healthcare policy, provider services, managed care, or healthcare administration.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
