Job Description

Compliance Program Administrator at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital leading international compliance programs. Ensuring adherence to regulations and providing guidance on trade compliance matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead development, implementation, and oversight of international compliance programs
  • Act as point of contact for trade compliance areas
  • Manage risk assessment processes and ensure effectiveness of compliance programs
  • Provide export classifications and jurisdiction determinations
  • Develop and maintain compliance training programs
  • Collaborate with internal offices providing guidance on proposals and agreements
  • Manage correspondence with U.S. government agencies
  • Track and analyze regulatory changes impacting compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field required
  • J.D. or advanced degree in science, engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of directly applicable compliance experience
  • Compliance program management experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ITAR, EAR, OFAC, FCPA, and related federal regulations
  • Proficiency in compliance software tools
  • Experience in a biomedical research environment or academic medical center
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and international research collaboration risks
