Job Description
Compliance Program Administrator at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital leading international compliance programs. Ensuring adherence to regulations and providing guidance on trade compliance matters.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development, implementation, and oversight of international compliance programs
- Act as point of contact for trade compliance areas
- Manage risk assessment processes and ensure effectiveness of compliance programs
- Provide export classifications and jurisdiction determinations
- Develop and maintain compliance training programs
- Collaborate with internal offices providing guidance on proposals and agreements
- Manage correspondence with U.S. government agencies
- Track and analyze regulatory changes impacting compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field required
- J.D. or advanced degree in science, engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of directly applicable compliance experience
- Compliance program management experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of ITAR, EAR, OFAC, FCPA, and related federal regulations
- Proficiency in compliance software tools
- Experience in a biomedical research environment or academic medical center
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and international research collaboration risks
