Job Description

Connectivity specialist managing end-to-end telecommunications circuit delivery for 11:11 Systems customers. Coordinating carriers, technicians, vendors, and internal teams across complex connectivity deployments.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage delivery of telecommunications services and circuits to customer locations
  • Own the end-to-end circuit delivery lifecycle from order acceptance through installation, turn-up, testing, and service acceptance
  • Manage simultaneous connectivity deployments ranging from single-site installations to complex multi-site rollouts
  • Serve as primary customer contact during circuit delivery, providing proactive communication and status updates
  • Collaborate with Network Deployment Engineers, Project Managers, Carrier Management, Data Center Operations, carriers, dark fiber providers, Remote Hands teams, and field technicians
  • Schedule and oversee field technicians performing hardware installations, circuit turn-ups, testing, cross-connect verification, and troubleshooting
  • Provide scope, site details, and installation instructions to carrier and third-party technicians
  • Track carrier milestones including site surveys, local loop provisioning, cross-connects, circuit testing, and service activation
  • Coordinate carrier technicians, field dispatch, customer access, remote hands, and data center meet-me room or cross-connect work
  • Manage MACD requests for existing circuits and connectivity services
  • Triage and route repair, billing, and service inquiries to appropriate internal teams
  • Maintain accurate, auditable circuit records, milestones, notes, and documentation
  • Identify risks, delays, and dependencies and drive resolution with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Follow delivery standards, best practices, company policies, data privacy practices, compliance training, and data handling agreements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and customer outcomes
  • Handle administrative and documentation tasks supporting delivery, reporting, and billing readiness
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 4+ years of equivalent hands-on experience in telecommunications or connectivity service delivery
  • 2+ years of experience coordinating service delivery efforts, including managing or directing field technicians, carrier resources, and cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with routers, switches, NIDs, and SD-WAN appliances
  • Strong working knowledge of telecommunications services and circuit delivery, including DIA, EPL/EVPL, Internet and last-mile access, NIDs, dark fiber, public cloud direct-connects, wireless LTE, and data center cross-connects and meet-me room processes
  • Familiarity with delivery SLAs, standard installation intervals, and service activation timelines
  • Experience managing on-site installations, technician dispatch, and coordination across multiple vendors and locations
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft products, including Microsoft and Microsoft Outlook
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple concurrent deployments
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive, high-volume delivery environment, sometimes outside normal business hours
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
