Job Description

Construction Project Coordinator supporting Ameresco's renewable energy projects. Working remotely to manage requisition processes and support project managers remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for and embrace Ameresco’s "Culture of Safety"
  • Conduct training with project managers on entering requisitions
  • Assist project managers with various conference calls
  • Advise project managers on shortcuts when entering requisitions
  • Assist project managers and development engineers with requesting quotes for project material
  • Support project staff and accounts payable with creating check requests
  • Monitor check requisition progress ensuring timely delivery of requests
  • Assist accounts payable team regarding overdue invoices
  • Assist accounts payable in working with subcontractors on AIA invoices
  • Assist project staff with various D365 issues
  • Provide support as the Procore super user
  • Create new vendor setup with accounts payable
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience working as a construction project coordinator or in an administrative support role
  • Familiarity with or experience supporting renewable energy construction projects
  • Strong verbal, written, computer, technical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, MS Project, Primavera, PowerPoint, and Procore
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing issued by resident state
  • Ability to provide occasional on-call response beyond traditional business hours.
