Job Description
Project Manager supporting Veterans Affairs in workforce management and consulting. Leading initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency and quality care delivery for Veterans.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for workforce-related planning and coordination across RISE implementation workstreams, including staffing alignment, organizational design implementation, and integration of workforce considerations
- Leads coordination of workforce restructuring activities, including position alignment, organizational design implementation, and workforce transition planning
- Develops/maintains project plans and schedules for workforce-related deliverables; facilitates stakeholder meetings; develops dashboards, reports, and briefings for decision-making
- Supports assessments of workforce structures, identifies capability gaps, and recommends operational efficiency strategies
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 6+ years of workforce management, human resources, or organizational design experience with the federal government
- Experience supporting staffing alignment, workforce planning, and/or classification activities
- Experience supporting project management, reporting, and governance processes
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
