Job Description
Senior mobile developer building bilingual Arabic-English interfaces across iOS and Android for 99Bright Minds’ client platforms. Developing cross-platform features and optimizing performance, security, and usability.
Responsibilities:
- Build mobile-first, responsive interfaces across iOS and Android browsers and screen sizes
- Develop mobile frontend features, including progressive web app or cross-platform app screens, using website APIs and content
- Implement Arabic RTL and English LTR support, including gestures, navigation, and forms
- Optimize mobile performance, including load time, image delivery, caching, and offline behavior
- Integrate with backend services, the CMS, and third-party systems through APIs
- Apply mobile security practices, including secure storage, token handling, and data protection
- Collaborate with the UI/UX Designer on mobile patterns and with QA on device testing
- Document builds, configuration, and release steps for the client’s team
Requirements:
- 5 years of frontend development with a strong focus on mobile
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3, with deep responsive and mobile-web experience
- Hands-on experience with a cross-platform framework (React Native or Flutter) and/or progressive web apps
- Proven delivery of bilingual Arabic/English interfaces with RTL support
- Experience consuming REST/GraphQL APIs and handling authentication
- Experience testing on real devices and fixing cross-browser issues (Safari iOS, Chrome Android)
- At least one delivered project for a client in Saudi Arabia
- Proficient in Arabic and English
- Publishing apps to the App Store and Google Play
- Push notifications, deep linking and analytics on mobile
- Experience with Azure services used by mobile clients (API Management, Notification Hubs, B2C)
