Job Description
Consultation Design Consultant researching MSF staff learning needs around access to health products. Recommending the Tembo course syllabus and supporting workshops.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a consultation methodology and work-plan to identify access-related learning needs, knowledge gaps, interests, and preferences across MSF
- Design and implement a mixed-methods consultation process using qualitative and quantitative approaches
- Prepare interview guides, survey questionnaires, and data collection frameworks
- Conduct interviews, focus groups, and/or other consultation activities with diverse stakeholders across regions, operational entities, and functions
- Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion principles are reflected in the consultation process
- Analyse consultation findings and identify learning needs, knowledge gaps, barriers, motivations, and audience preferences
- Produce a findings report with practical recommendations for Access 101 learning products and activities
- Present findings and recommendations to the Access 101 project team and relevant stakeholders
- Translate consultation findings into recommendations for the Access 101 Tembo course syllabus
- Recommend learning objectives, thematic areas, audience segmentation, and priority content modules
- Advise on suitable learning formats, including e-learning, downloadable resources, and regional workshops
Requirements:
- A degree in Education, Social Sciences, Public Health, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in learning design, curriculum development, organizational learning, or stakeholder consultation
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing qualitative and quantitative consultation or research processes
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills
- Experience engaging diverse stakeholders across regions, functions, and cultural contexts
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Knowledge of French, Spanish, Arabic, or Portuguese is an asset
- Experience in humanitarian, global health, international development, or non-profit environments is an asset
- The candidate must have rights to work as a “Consultant” in their country of residence
