Job Description
Salesforce Consultant designing end-to-end Salesforce solutions for retail execution. Collaborating closely with clients to deliver impactful solutions tailored to the consumer goods industry.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions to offer solutions to client issues.
- Prepare and lead discovery workshops to gather requirements and understand business challenges while maintaining responsibility for the completion and accuracy of deliverables.
- Translate business needs into clear, detailed user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria by collaborating closely with clients.
- Lead and coordinate build activities throughout the project, keeping the client and project stakeholders informed of progress.
- Recommend best practices for the consumer goods industry.
- Lead and coordinate QA and UAT activities.
- Stay up to date on the latest Salesforce innovations, trends, and developments to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.
- Develop your skills through Salesforce training courses and mentoring.
- Mentor other team members.
- Conduct relevant research, analyze data, and continuously produce reports to improve proficiency.
- Lead internal initiatives and innovation tasks.
- Participate in pre-sales activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the consulting industry.
- At least 4 years of experience on Salesforce projects delivering and/or leading implementations.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience on Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution projects.
- Proven functional requirements gathering experience for at least 4 years.
- Experience in pre-sales activities is required.
- Previous experience leading IT projects is required.
- Salesforce certifications are required.
- Hands-on configuration experience with Salesforce formulas, Process Builder, and Flows.
- Hands-on experience with the enhanced data model of Consumer Goods Cloud is preferred.
- Understanding of the REX Offline application is a plus.
- Experience with process re-engineering and managing client expectations.
- Experience with project management and change management is a plus.
- Proactive, can-do attitude and strong problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team.
- Proficiency in English is required.
