Job Description
Senior Salesforce Consultant acting as an integrator between business requirements and technological solutions. Supporting clients in CRM practices, remotely based in Germany or Austria.
Responsibilities:
- You act as an "integrator" between business requirements and technology solutions to find solutions to clients' problems
- Prepare and lead client workshops to capture requirements and challenges
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories through close collaboration with the client
- Take ownership and coordinate development activities throughout the project, keeping the client and stakeholders informed of progress
- Lead and coordinate QA and UAT activities
- Stay up to date on innovations, trends, and developments around Salesforce to provide clients with the most modern solutions
- Continue to develop your skills through Salesforce training and mentoring
- Analyze data and continuously produce reports to enhance insights
- Take responsibility for internal initiatives and innovation tasks
- Participate in pre-sales activities
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in consulting or a comparable, relevant industry
- Solid experience in capturing functional requirements for at least 4 years
- At least 4 years of experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, or Commerce Cloud
- Experience in pre-sales activities is a must
- Experience leading IT projects
- Salesforce certifications are required
- Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce formulas, Process Builder, and Flows
- Experience redesigning processes and managing customer expectations
- Experience with project management and change management is a plus
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to work
- Able to perform fully remotely and experienced in working with a remote team
- Specialization in industry clouds such as Consumer Goods Cloud or Nonprofit Cloud is an advantage
- Fluent German and English skills are required
- Additional language skills are a plus
