Job Description

Salesforce Consultant & Business Analyst supporting CRM Practice by integrating business requirements with technology solutions. Preparing and facilitating client workshops and translating requirements into detailed user stories.

Responsibilities:

  • You act as an "integrator" between business requirements and technology solutions to identify and deliver solutions to client challenges
  • Prepare and facilitate client workshops to gather requirements
  • Translate requirements into detailed user stories through close collaboration with the client
  • Throughout the client project, you are part of the development team and keep the client and project stakeholders informed about progress
  • Participate in QA and UAT activities
  • Stay up to date on the latest innovations, trends and developments around Salesforce to provide clients with the most modern solutions
  • Continue to develop your skills through specific Salesforce training and targeted mentoring
  • Analyze data and continuously create reports to improve insights and knowledge
  • Actively participate in internal initiatives and innovation projects

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in consulting or a related, comparable industry
  • Solid experience in capturing functional requirements, for at least 2 years
  • At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, or Commerce Cloud
  • Salesforce certifications are an advantage
  • Practical experience configuring Salesforce formulas, Process Builder, and Flows
  • Proactive and solution-oriented working style
  • Able to work fully remotely and experienced in remote team environments
  • Experience with industry Clouds such as Consumer Goods Cloud or Nonprofit Cloud is an advantage
  • Fluent English is required
  • Additional language skills are an advantage
