Job Description
Salesforce Consultant guiding clients through strategic implementations and optimizing their Salesforce systems with hands-on leadership in consulting.
Responsibilities:
- You take strategic responsibility for multiple Salesforce clients and continuously advance their systems
- Advise decision-makers on an equal footing and proactively identify new optimization opportunities in sales, service, and marketing processes
- Provide subject-matter leadership to consultants in the service area and actively share your experience with junior colleagues
- Bring best practices from managed services and actively help develop our service division
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in Salesforce consulting or in comparable roles with direct client responsibility
- Solid Salesforce knowledge, ideally with certifications in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
- Experience advising clients strategically and translating complex requirements into concrete solutions
