Job Description

Providing full administrative support to on-site teams in Corporate Direct Sector in London. Ensuring coordination of CAFM system and assisting with various financial responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full administrative support to the on-site teams within Corporate Direct Sector
  • Ensure smooth running and co-ordination of the CAFM system
  • Investigating any ongoing problems
  • Administrative Duties: Raising quotes, job numbers, purchase orders, timesheets
  • Financial Duties: Debt management, Credit control, Invoice submissions, Prepare quotations

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate with the clients and Engineers, at all levels.
  • Attention to detail regarding financial matters.
  • Clear Email communication with end client
  • Confidence to lead team calls regarding financial matters related to WIP & billing.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience of using a facilities-based system, preferably Corrigo & People Soft
