Job Description

Middle Monitoring Administrator at SDG enhancing monitoring infrastructure for global user base. Collaborating with international teams to develop observability and uptime monitoring systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and evolve monitoring infrastructure for high-load production systems;
  • Design and improve observability solutions for internal services and customer-facing products;
  • Build and maintain Grafana dashboards, uptime monitoring, and alerting systems;
  • Develop and optimize monitoring integrations using Elasticsearch and related technologies;
  • Improve incident detection and monitoring reliability across distributed infrastructure;
  • Support and troubleshoot monitoring infrastructure issues;
  • Collaborate closely with Infrastructure, DevOps, and Engineering teams;
  • Participate in architectural and technical discussions related to monitoring and observability.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Monitoring, Infrastructure, Linux Administration, SRE, or DevOps roles;
  • Strong hands-on Linux administration experience;
  • Commercial experience with Grafana and Zabbix;
  • Good understanding of observability, monitoring, uptime, and alerting principles;
  • Experience working with Elasticsearch or similar logging/monitoring solutions;
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset and production incident analysis skills;
  • Experience working with distributed/high-load infrastructure environments;
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first international team.
