Job Description
Contracts Technician managing Carrier agreements and delegated underwriting authorities for UK-based insurance broker Everywhen. Supporting onboarding, negotiations, compliance, and audits across the Carrier network.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Carrier Terms of Business Agreements (ToBAs) for accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Onboard new Carriers, complete due diligence, and coordinate internal approvals
- Negotiate ToBAs in line with company standards
- Handle queries relating to mergers, acquisitions, clause changes, and novations
- Support administration of Delegated Underwriting Authorities (DUAs)
- Assist with internal and external audit requests
- Help ensure smooth onboarding, strong ongoing relationships, and compliance across the Carrier network
Requirements:
- Experience ideally from insurance, financial services, compliance, or a legal environment
- Organised, confident, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships quickly
- Curious and proactive
- Comfortable working independently
- Creative problem-solving ability
- Calm under pressure and adaptable to change
- Must uphold professional and respectful workplace conduct
