Job Description

CRO Manager responsible for optimizing funnels and performance tracking for E-Commerce brands. Conducting A/B tests and using AI tools to enhance conversion rates at Like It Media.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for CRO: You optimize funnels, landing pages and checkout processes to maximize conversion rates.
  • Data analysis & testing: You run A/B tests, use heatmaps and analyze user feedback for continuous performance optimization.
  • AI-powered optimization: You leverage AI tools to optimize funnels and improve conversion rates.
  • Performance tracking: You continuously analyze and improve funnel performance and increase revenue through data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • CRO professional: You have at least 2 years of experience in conversion rate optimization.
  • Performance mindset: You love seeing results, interpreting data and refining strategies.
  • Creative thinking: You have a feel for trends, storytelling and psychological triggers and develop funnels that perform.
  • Analytical strength: Numbers and KPIs are not a mess to you but your tools for optimization.
  • Ownership & drive: You take responsibility, act proactively and want to see results.
  • Technical understanding: You are familiar with tracking, reporting and AI tools to increase efficiency.
  • Hands-on: You test, measure, optimize and celebrate your results.
