Job Description
Sales Manager for B2B distribution of Flavours and Food Ingredients focusing on Eastern Austria, Slovenia, and Croatia. Home-office based role with autonomy in shaping regional business development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand long-term customer relationships
- Actively identify and acquire new B2B customers in Eastern Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, and Hungary
- Plan, implement, and achieve the regional sales budget
- Manage and close sales projects
- Prepare quotations and follow up on offers
- Conduct customer loss analyses and develop win-back strategies
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional handling of feedback and complaints
- Prepare sales reports and analyses to guide sales activities
- Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events
Requirements:
- Degree in Food Technology or a related field
- Sales experience in Austria, Hungary, Slovenia, and Croatia
- Required: Knowledge of the food or beverage industry or relevant technical expertise
- Confident user of MS Office and experience with an ERP system
- Excellent German and English language skills
- High willingness to travel across the assigned region
