Job Description
Copilot Studio & Power Platform Developer designing AI-driven business solutions for Hummingbird in Bangalore, Karnataka. Focusing on Microsoft Copilot Studio, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement conversational AI solutions using Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents).
- Build and maintain PowerApps applications (Canvas & Model-Driven) aligned to business needs.
- Develop process automations using Power Automate, integrating data sources and workflows.
- Use Power BI to prepare basic reports and support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and translate needs into technical specifications.
- Lead solution design workshops, define functional/technical documentation, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Integrate AI-driven copilots with legacy systems, APIs, SharePoint, Dataverse, and other enterprise platforms.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production deployments.
- Ensure adherence to Power Platform governance, security, and best practices.
- Provide knowledge transfer and support to users and internal technical teams
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience building solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong hands-on experience with Copilot Studio (or Power Virtual Agents), including AI prompting, workflows, connectors, and chatbot orchestration.
- Solid background in PowerApps development, including Canvas apps, Model-Driven apps, custom connectors, and Dataverse.
- Experience with Power Automate for process automation and workflow optimization.
- Working knowledge of Power BI—creating dashboards, DAX fundamentals, and data modeling.
- Strong business analysis skills: requirement gathering, gap analysis, stakeholder management, and process mapping.
- Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders and translate requirements into actionable solutions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and data integration concepts.
