Job Description
Platform Engineer building core infrastructure for compute markets at Tenki. Join a fast-paced team shaping the future of compute through innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and evolve multiple production Ceph clusters
- Build efficient, generalizable APIs
- Design and implement storage-orchestration and control-plane services using Go, gRPC, ScyllaDB, and Temporal
- Write clear Engineering Requirements Documents
- Develop foundational storage primitives
Requirements:
- Deep experience building distributed systems
- Production experience with distributed block storage systems (e.g., CEPH)
- Strong understanding of storage-cluster design
- Understanding of modern filesystems (Ext4, ZFS, Btrfs)
- Strong intuition for system longevity and lifecycle management
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity
- Grit and ownership
