Job Description
Corporate Controller guiding financial operations for Endpoint, a cloud-based integration provider. Responsible for modernizing accounting and reporting infrastructure, ensuring compliance and supporting growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
- Ensure compliance with ASC 606, ASC 842, purchase accounting and all other GAAP requirements for financial reporting
- Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end three statements financial reports for management and external stakeholders
- Implement and maintain internal controls and financial operations
- Lead audit preparation and support, serving as the primary liaison with external auditors
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and a CPA
- 8+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, including experience with RevRec (ASC 606)
- Proven experience with audit preparation and tax compliance
- Experience with cloud-based accounting software (e.g., Intacct, QuickBooks, NetSuite)
- Advanced proficiency in accounting systems and Excel
