Job Description

Creative Motion Designer creating high-performance video content for a lingerie brand. Focus on hooks and AI tools to enhance social media engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce ~20 video creatives per month for Meta and TikTok, focusing on high-converting structures (Hooks, Body, CTA)
  • Edit and animate 6–8 Reels (30–60 sec) per month, bringing scripts to life with dynamic visual illustrations and audio
  • Use AI tools (Runway, Kling, Kaiber, etc.) to generate and enhance visual elements and concepts
  • Proactively find and select additional materials (stock photos, sounds, graphic elements) to create engaging, viral-worthy content
  • Work closely with the SMM Manager and Creative Marketing Manager to brainstorm and test new visual hypotheses

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in Motion Design (preferably within E-commerce / DTC)
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Media Encoder
  • Deep understanding of social media trends and conversion triggers that drive sales
  • Hands-on experience with AI video and image generators (Kling, Runway, ElevenLabs, Freepik AI, etc.)
  • Obsessive attention to detail — from perfect alignment and typo-free captions to organized project files
  • Strong English communication and reporting skills (B2+)
