Job Description
Social Media & Customer Experience intern for VLACE, a vegan sneaker brand. Creating content for TikTok & Instagram while engaging with the community and handling customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- You are the link between the brand, content and the community.
- You develop creative TikTok and Instagram content ideas.
- You create original content (video, stories, trends).
- You actively interact with our community (DMs, comments).
- You maintain close contact with our customers.
- You respond to customer inquiries via email and social media.
- You assist with questions, feedback and issues related to our products and orders.
- You identify recurring topics and propose improvements.
- You recognize what can go viral and implement it independently.
Requirements:
- This position requires a mandatory internship as part of your studies.
- A strong sense for social media trends (TikTok & Instagram) is expected.
- A solution-oriented approach to handling customer inquiries is important.
- Motivation to take responsibility and try new things is expected.
