Job Description
Creative Operations Intern optimizing creative resource planning, agency support, and AI automation. Binance operates a global blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency exchange.
Responsibilities:
- Support capacity planning by tracking planned versus actual resourcing needs, identifying recurring gaps, and suggesting forecasting improvements
- Partner with Creatives and the Creative Operations Lead to identify resourcing challenges, skill gaps, workload bottlenecks, and process inefficiencies using Asana reporting and workload data
- Use dashboards and Asana reporting views to identify automation and process-streamlining opportunities
- Monitor the creative pipeline to ensure 95% on-time resourcing for BAU creative requests
- Identify repetitive resourcing tasks for reduction or automation using AI, Asana automations, or workflow rules
- Implement AI-enabled and automation-based workflow improvements
- Use AI to analyze workload, resourcing risks, and project pipeline data and provide insights to Creative leadership
- Audit agency partners across scope, performance, cost-effectiveness, turnaround times, output quality, and resourcing fit
- Support agency onboarding, setup, and scope changes
- Define and document standardized agency resourcing protocols in Confluence
- Work with the Creative Operations Lead, Program Managers, and Creatives to plan, track, and optimize creative work resourcing, delivery, and measurement
- Help manage external agency support
Requirements:
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with ability to track, organize, and make sense of complex workflows
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data, reporting, and dashboards to identify patterns and make recommendations
- Proficiency with project management tools; experience with Asana reporting and automations is a strong plus
- Interest in AI and automation; experience using AI tools and enthusiasm for applying them to operational workflows
- Strong communication skills
- Self-starter mentality; proactively identifies problems and proposes solutions
- Interest in creative operations, marketing, or project management as a career path
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global, cross-functional environment
- Current university students and recent graduates may apply
