Job Description
Creative Producer collaborating with creative teams to manage workflows and deliver high-quality marketing assets. Focus on process improvement and integration of AI tools for efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with our Creative team to keep workflows organized, predictable, and moving efficiently.
- Manage day-to-day production across tasks, asset pipelines, and cross-functional coordination—ensuring artists have the clarity and support they need to deliver high-quality work quickly.
- Maintain full visibility over the creative pipeline, track asset status, coordinate with game teams, and help introduce AI-first workflows that accelerate iteration.
- Own the end-to-end creative production workflow for UA and growth marketing assets.
- Create and maintain clear project plans, priorities, timelines, and sprint schedules.
- Manage task assignment, workload balancing, and prioritization across multiple artists and projects.
- Align creative concepts with growth goals, audience insights, and platform best practices.
- Help the creative team operate with clarity, focus, and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Experience in a Producer, Creative Producer, Publishing Producer, or Marketing Producer role supporting artists or creative teams.
- Strong understanding of creative pipelines, including asset workflows, file management, naming conventions, and delivery processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to create clarity and structure in dynamic environments.
- Proven track record of managing multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Clickup, Jira, Asana, Trello, Airtable) and asset tracking systems.
- Ability to work across departments and maintain alignment between creative teams and game teams.
- Curiosity and openness to integrating AI tools into creative workflows (AI-first mindset).
- Comfortable operating with limited precedent, making decisions and building processes independently.
- Experience working in gaming, creative agencies, or entertainment production environments (mobile experience preferred).
- Fluency in English.
