Job Description

Lead Creative Producer managing the development of high-impact ad creatives for a global social discovery company. Collaborating closely with the UA team to optimize ad performance across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development of high-impact ad creatives across Meta, TikTok, and Google
  • Work closely with our UA team to deliver static and video ads that meet critical performance KPIs (CR, CPA, ROAS)
  • Lead and optimize the full creative production process for UA ads
  • Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of static and video creatives
  • Define and evolve creative direction in partnership with UA and internal design teams
  • Leverage AI tools for creative ideation, asset variation, editing support, and workflow acceleration
  • Directly manage and mentor a team of Creative Producers
  • Promote AI literacy within the team
  • Analyze creative performance across all key metrics and iterate quickly based on results
  • Launch new creative initiatives aimed at improving conversion rates throughout the funnel
  • Serve as the Single Point of Contact for all UA creative needs
  • Identify and onboard external creative partners as needed
  • Own quarterly production plans and creative testing roadmaps
  • Regularly analyze market trends and competitor ads to inform creative strategy

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing creative production, with a focus on Meta, TikTok, and/or Google
  • Strong understanding of UA metrics (CR, CPA, ROAS) and how creative impacts performance
  • Proven experience driving measurable business impact — increasing revenue, ROAS, or conversion rates through creative testing, production, and optimization
  • Proficiency with AI tools for creative production, optimization, testing, and automation (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, N8N, Replicate, Lovable, etc.)
  • Proven experience managing a creative team delivering high-volume, high-performance assets
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Creative intuition + data mindset — you know how to balance storytelling with performance
  • Experience working with design teams, video editors, and performance marketers
