Job Description

CRM Assistant supporting daily CRM operations with a focus on data quality and process improvement. Collaborating with internal teams to enhance CRM usage and reporting accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily operation of the CRM system, ensuring proper use, timely updates, review of information and metrics, and provide basic support to internal teams
  • Assist with basic configuration and maintenance of workflows within the CRM
  • Report incidents or errors to the area manager
  • Assist in the creation and updating of user manuals and guides
  • Support data upload, validation, and cleansing within the system
  • Collaborate on the implementation of CRM improvements or updates under supervision
  • Assist in reviewing support tickets or cases to ensure they are recorded correctly
  • Collaborate in preparing basic reports for the Client Success team

Requirements:

  • Student or graduate in Information Systems, Administration, Business Processes, Engineering, Social Sciences, or related fields
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience using a CRM (preferably HubSpot)
  • Ability to quickly learn new technological tools
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis and information management
  • Interest in automation and process improvement
