Job Description

Customer Care Representative resolving user inquiries. Collaborating with Tech Support to ensure smooth customer experience while working remotely from the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve questions and troubleshoot issues for users
  • Manage web and app user requests in Zendesk
  • Escalate user issues to the technical team
  • Tag user requests to gather analytics
  • Ensure response times are within our SLA

Requirements:

  • English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
  • Previous experience in Customer Support
  • Genuine interest in support & problem-solving
  • Daily experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.)
  • Excellent communication: polite, clear, customer-friendly tone
  • Ability to structure your thoughts and write messages logically and respectfully
