Job Description

Customer Care Representative supporting nonprofits with inquiries about GoFundMe Pro products and services. Collaborating with teams and solving customer issues swiftly.

Responsibilities:

  • Use strong customer empathy to inspire nonprofits and build long-lasting relationships.
  • Answer questions from a wide range of nonprofits about GoFundMe Pro's products and services.
  • Solve complex customer problems by collaborating across GoFundMe Pro teams.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver shared goals while thriving autonomously.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • World-class organizational skills.
  • Strong emotional intelligence.
  • Extremely process-oriented.
  • Strong team player in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Mission-driven mindset and desire to serve customers.
  • Customer service experience required.
  • Knowledge of CRM/Ticketing systems strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with nonprofits is a plus.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is helpful.
  • Understanding of remote work tools like Slack and Zoom.
