Job Description
Customer Care Representative responsible for delivering superior customer service and maintaining rapport. Must reside near Englewood, CO and work in a fast-paced call center environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service to external and internal customers
- Build and maintain rapport with customers
- Identify customer’s problem and effectively communicate resolution
- Ensure compliance with bank Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
- Actively seek to retain customer relationships
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service (Inbound Call Center) experience
- Experience in financial services
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate systems for quick resolution
- Must have excellent customer service skills including verbal, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with confidential information in a professional manner.
- Must be enthusiastic and highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
