Job Description

Customer Care Expert supporting patients through digital health solutions at Cara Care. Engaging with users via chat and phone to enhance their experience and feedback into product development.

Responsibilities:

  • You support our patients via the in‑app chat, email and phone, actively contributing to a positive user experience.
  • You provide empathetic assistance with both content-related and technical questions about our digital therapy programs.
  • You know the content of our programs in detail and can respond to users’ concerns and feedback individually.
  • You act as the central interface between our patients and the Cara Care team, bringing valuable feedback directly into product development and other departments.
  • Through your commitment, you help continuously improve our team processes and foster a positive team dynamic.

Requirements:

  • 👤 What you should bring:
  • You have initial experience in customer care or a comparable role.
  • You have a strong affinity for digital products and are comfortable using new tools.
  • You speak and write German at native level and have very good English skills.
  • You interact with people with empathy, patience and enthusiasm — whether on the phone or in written communication.
  • You think and act in the best interest of our patients: a friendly, solution-oriented approach comes naturally to you.
  • The needs of our patients are always your top priority.
  • You are willing to be occasionally available on weekends for our active users.
