Job Description

Customer CARE Specialist for small businesses in Germany and Italy, providing marketing support and assistance via phone, email, and chat. Flexible remote working and training opportunities are provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to small businesses and self-employed people as a marketing partner.
  • Connect with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with their inquiries.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored marketing solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members for continuous development and training.

Requirements:

  • Very good oral and written Italian and German communication skills.
  • Friendly and empathetic to understand and assist customers with any queries.
  • Strong interest in eCommerce and marketing.
  • Passion for print and design.
  • Digital native to connect with customers on all channels, especially via phone, email, and chat.
  • Persistence and reliability as a partner for clients; maintain an overview of current marketing solutions, e.g. flyers, business cards, disposable menus.
