Job Description

Customer Experience Advocate supporting Jerry.ai’s AI-powered car, home, and motorcycle ownership platform. Handling insurance sales and service calls while improving customer coverage and product experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Help customers take care of their car and home assets through insurance services
  • Provide customer care beyond the immediate question, identifying coverage gaps, discounts, and renewal changes
  • Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies
  • Assist policyholders with policy changes
  • Learn and recommend suitable insurance companies and products
  • Develop deep knowledge of the Jerry app and insurance products
  • Solve problems and remove barriers to appropriate coverage
  • Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents
  • Share customer feedback to improve the product
  • Work on either the sales or service path as determined during interviews

Requirements:

  • Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required
  • Friendly and positive attitude
  • Willingness to work as a team

  • Strong communication skills
  • Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada for full-time salaried employees; AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for full-time hourly employees
  • Full-time employment eligibility
  • Valid P&C license is asked about in the application, but is not required; Jerry pays for the license if needed
