Job Description

Customer Onboarding Specialist for AMANDOmed responsible for client implementation and software support. Focused on improving practice organization and efficiency in healthcare.

Responsibilities:

  • Product implementation: You guide our customers through the adoption of AMANDOmed and ensure they can use the software effectively.
  • Customer consulting: In regular meetings you analyze each customer’s individual needs and help them get the most value from AMANDOmed.
  • Project management: You coordinate multiple onboarding processes in parallel and ensure a structured roll-out.
  • Product expertise: You will become an AMANDOmed expert and support customers with technical questions during implementation.
  • Quality management: You check the configuration of customer accounts and ensure an optimal start with the software.
  • Internal support: You serve as a point of contact for new colleagues and help further develop internal processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience: You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Industry knowledge: Experience in outpatient healthcare or with health software is an advantage.
  • Communication: You speak German and English fluently and demonstrate strong customer orientation.
  • Customer focus: You enjoy working with customers, identifying their needs, and guiding them successfully through the onboarding process.
  • Organizational skills: You can manage multiple projects simultaneously and always keep an overview.
  • Tech affinity: You are enthusiastic about digital solutions and enjoy working with innovative software.
