Job Description

Customer Service Agent providing support for Dutch and Flemish customers via phone, chat, or email. Working remotely from anywhere in Greece, engaging with customers on account-related inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling all incoming questions via phone, email & chat
  • Supporting customers with invoices, payments & tariff changes
  • Resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Retaining customers and building strong relationships
  • Managing move requests and updating customer info

Requirements:

  • Dutch or Flemish (C2) + English (C1)
  • MS Office & CRM experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Logical, analytical, and proactive
  • Empathetic, patient, and eager to learn
  • Team player with flexibility and sales drive
