Job Description
Customer Service Agent for a major energy company in Greece. Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat with billing inquiries and contract details.
Responsibilities:
- Behandelen van inkomende telefoontjes, e-mails en chats
- Helpen met facturen, betalingen en tariefwijzigingen
- Oplossen van klachten en zorgen voor tevreden klanten
- Klantbehoud en duurzame klantrelaties opbouwen
- Verhuizingen verwerken en gegevens bijwerken
Requirements:
- Nederlands of Vlaams (C2) + Engels (C1)
- Ervaring met MS Office & CRM-systemen
- Sterke communicatievaardigheden
- Logisch, analytisch en proactief
- Empathisch, geduldig en leergierig
- Teamspeler met flexibiliteit en verkooptalent
