Job Description
Customer Service Representative providing expert support in Swedish and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Involves mentoring team members and improving service processes.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve escalated or complex customer issues with professionalism.
- Mentor and train entry-level Customer Service Representatives.
- Identify and support improvements in service processes.
- Help monitor service quality and team performance.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Swedish and English is a must
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service or a similar areas, including senior or lead roles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM tools and service platforms (SAP and Salesforce preferred)
- High school diploma required; additional education a plus.
