Job Description

Call Center Agent position focusing on customer service via phone interactions. Remote work role from Texas managing both inbound and outbound calls for customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling a large volume of calls.
  • Conducting telephone screening on a variety of both inbound/outbound calls.
  • Engaging in positive interactions to effectively meet the needs of customers.

Requirements:

  • Must be available from Monday to Friday from 8am to 9pm and Saturdays 9am to 5pm.
  • Must have a quiet, home office space that is free of distractions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer navigation skills.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in the US.
  • Must consent to a background check.
