Job Description
Call Center Agent position focusing on customer service via phone interactions. Remote work role from Texas managing both inbound and outbound calls for customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Handling a large volume of calls.
- Conducting telephone screening on a variety of both inbound/outbound calls.
- Engaging in positive interactions to effectively meet the needs of customers.
Requirements:
- Must be available from Monday to Friday from 8am to 9pm and Saturdays 9am to 5pm.
- Must have a quiet, home office space that is free of distractions
- Strong communication skills
- Computer navigation skills.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in the US.
- Must consent to a background check.
