Job Description
Customer Service Representative at Prestige Travel Agency assisting clients during their travel experiences. Ensuring high-quality service from booking to post-trip follow-ups in a fully remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Assist with luxury and leisure travel bookings, including changes, cancellations, and special requests
- Provide accurate and timely information about destinations, travel requirements, and agency policies
- Coordinate booking details and confirm itineraries to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Proactively follow up with clients before and after travel to ensure a positive experience
- Address customer concerns or issues with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented approach
- Maintain accurate documentation and update reservation systems as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service experience (travel, hospitality, or related experience preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using technology and willing to learn new reservation systems and platforms
- Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple customer requests efficiently
