Job Description

Temporary Customer Service Representative facilitating client interactions for Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig. Handling calls and providing client solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective clients, building sustainable relationships through responsive and professional communication.
  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, actively listen to client needs and provide helpful solutions to their concerns.
  • Act as liaison between clients and attorneys, ensuring seamless communication and service.
  • Answer phones professionally, direct callers to appropriate personnel and attorneys.
  • Meet personal and Client Service team targets and call handling quotas.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in answering and taking phone calls is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Superior organizational and multitasking abilities with time management.
  • Capacity to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Positive, professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
