Job Description
Customer Care Representative providing exceptional support for a telecommunications client. Responsibilities include resolving issues, retaining sales, and maintaining professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to customers of our internet and telecommunications client
- Assist with increasing the completion rate of issued orders
- Keeping customers fully informed so we can retain sales
- Support users across voice delivering a consistent experience across all channels
- Provide timely responses via phone
- Resolve issues efficiently and with empathy, maintaining professionalism at all times
- Deliver exceptional customer service with passion and dedication
- Drive continuous improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Keep client cases accurate, current, and organized
- Complete all required training and apply knowledge to support clients effectively
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Customer service Role
- Prior work from home experience
- Must be able to successfully pass client specific assessment during training
- Must be able to type at least 25wpm/90% accuracy
- At least 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED – College Degree preferred
- Ability to efficiently work on multiple tasks simultaneously, while maintaining acute attention to customer care and detail
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and research skills, ability to read and interpret instructional and technical documentation (instructional and technical writing experience a plus.
