Job Description

Customer Service Return Agent at SIXT car rental ensuring top-notch rental experiences through customer engagement and vehicle management. Inspecting vehicles and completing transactions accurately while promoting additional services.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers upon arrival for a friendly return experience
  • Inspect rental vehicles for damage and handle findings
  • Complete return transactions accurately and advise customers on final rental charges
  • Promote additional SIXT products and services when applicable
  • Identify and tag vehicles for maintenance
  • Work in various weather conditions and take on additional tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Background in sales, service, or hospitality is ideal
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
  • Basic computer navigation skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
