Job Description

Analista de Customer Success responsável por impulsionar o sucesso e crescimento da base de clientes da ACS. Focado na relação com clientes, onboarding e prevenção de churn.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead onboarding of new clients, ensuring they successfully adopt our products/services.
  • Conduct regular client follow-ups to identify potential issues and propose solutions.
  • Participate in client feedback meetings to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Maintain performance reports and KPIs to monitor customer success.
  • Act proactively to prevent churn, always seeking contract renewals.
  • Upsell services and products within the customer base.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Customer Success.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical, data-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Must reside in São Paulo for regular client visits.
