Job Description
Analista de Customer Success responsável por impulsionar o sucesso e crescimento da base de clientes da ACS. Focado na relação com clientes, onboarding e prevenção de churn.
Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding of new clients, ensuring they successfully adopt our products/services.
- Conduct regular client follow-ups to identify potential issues and propose solutions.
- Participate in client feedback meetings to understand their needs and expectations.
- Maintain performance reports and KPIs to monitor customer success.
- Act proactively to prevent churn, always seeking contract renewals.
- Upsell services and products within the customer base.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Customer Success.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical, data-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Must reside in São Paulo for regular client visits.
