Job Description

Analista de Sucesso do Cliente na Agrosys, focando em maximizar a experiência do cliente. Monitorando a utilização do produto e oferecendo treinamentos para o sucesso do cliente.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the customer's journey to ensure they are using the product or service effectively
  • Provide training and guidance to maximize product use and help customers achieve their goals
  • Anticipate potential issues before they escalate, proactively working to find tailored solutions
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to provide valuable insights for product and service improvements
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the health of the customer relationship
  • Identify patterns and make data-driven decisions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact
  • Build strong relationships and ensure smooth communication with internal teams
  • Actively work to reduce customer churn
  • Identify and suggest upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of sales and customer management
  • Strong conflict management skills
  • Clear and assertive communication skills for interacting with customers
  • Empathy to understand customers' needs and challenges
  • Emotional intelligence to handle different profiles and situations with balance
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Willingness to travel
  • Technical or higher education completed or in progress in administration, project management or related fields
  • Familiarity with Agrosys software or other agribusiness management systems (plus)
  • Experience in customer management (preferred)
