Job Description
Bilingual Customer Support Specialist providing timely assistance to merchants during evenings and weekends for payment solutions. Monitoring issues and facilitating escalation with internal teams for solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Triage incoming calls, messages, and merchant support requests.
- Monitor the “control tower” and coordinate responses to urgent issues.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting and solutions when appropriate.
- Escalate complex issues to internal teams clearly and in an organized manner.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and issues in our support system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) – required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently during evenings and weekends.
- Previous customer support experience is an asset, ideally in payments, POS, or SaaS environments.
- Comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems quickly.
