Job Description
Customer Success Manager growing enterprise adoption of Synera’s AI engineering platform in Germany. Leading rollouts, executive reviews, workshops, and strategic account growth.
Responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally with Account Executives, Marketing, Product, and Forward Deployed Engineering teams
- Potentially collaborate with Customer Success team members in the US to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and long-term value
- Lead software rollouts and ensure fast, measurable customer value realization
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts
- Manage senior engineering stakeholders and internal Synera AI, Academy, and Technical Experts teams
- Build and expand long-term enterprise relationships
- Drive adoption through structured engagement and strategic outreach
- Lead Executive Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews
- Prepare and run on-site customer workshops to explore AI use cases
- Conduct targeted outbound activities
- Analyze customer health metrics, define action plans, and review the funnel
- Join product webinars and engage in strategic reflection
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in the engineering domain, including enterprise customer success, technical consulting, stakeholder management, and strategic account growth
- Strong familiarity with CAx tools and their applications in automotive, aerospace, or consumer goods industries
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Highly data-driven, able to interpret customer metrics and proactively mitigate churn risks
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a proven track record of driving measurable account growth

- Must be based in Germany or willing to relocate to Germany
