Job Description
Customer Success Manager ensuring user satisfaction for the open-source project management platform OpenProject. Handling customer queries, building relationships, and contributing to the community.
Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for our users, expertly handling all customer queries via CRM and phone.
- Identify and tailor solutions to individual needs and ensure timely responses.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with high-value customers through regular check-ins.
- Monitor and address community questions and requests, interacting with the OpenProject community.
- Provide valuable feedback to our product, marketing, sales, and engineering teams based on customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Proficient in German (native/professional level)
- Work experience, ideally within the customer support team in a tech company.
- Effective communication and active listening skills.
- Genuine care about providing exceptional service to clients and users.
- Passion for open-source software and mission-driven companies.
- Ability to work in a remote-first team with autonomy and flexibility.
